Police report details arrest of Seagen CEO: Clay Siegall, who co-founded the Seattle-area biotech giant in 1998, was arrested in the early hours of April 23 at his home and charged with a fourth degree domestic violence gross misdemeanor, according to police records obtained by GeekWire. Seagen announced Monday that Siegall was taking a leave of absence.
