Never underestimate the power of hard conversations and living your truth.
Never underestimate the power of a kind word, touch, or smile. People will never forget how you made them feel.

II. Leading With Faith

Faith can feel uncomfortable. Faith will challenge us. Faith will test us.
Our faith is also our victory. It's our trust factor. It will cause us to prevail in challenging moments.

III. Choosing Courage Over Comfort

Courage is not the absence or denial of fear; it is facing fear and surrendering to the gifts it offers:

To change when change is needed.
To embrace the unknown in spite of our fears and insecurities.

We can actually begin to welcome such opportunities to become better acquainted with ourselves.
