Dear Self, I am enough and whole. I always have been. My life, voice and story have a purpose and are unfolding in divine timing. It is okay not to have it all figured out, and it is okay to not be okay. My past has shaped me, but it does not define me. I will trust the timing of my life while focusing my thoughts, time and energy on what is in my control. While I may not control everything life presents me, I can refuse to be defeated and reduced by it. Love, Self

Dear Self, You playing small does not serve the world. You are imperfectly perfect just the way you are. Begin letting go of the role of feeling the need to be perfect. It only creates stagnation, procrastination, and inner turbulence. Instead of striving for perfection, strive for excellence. Strive to make a difference in another person's life. Strive to go to bed a little wiser and better than when you woke up. Commit not worrying about being perfect but being more real and honest with yourself and those you love and lead. Love, Self
