PLG companies have the opportunity to grow extremely quickly with extreme efficiency–but what does “good” look like for a PLG business?

But finding success with a product-led model is growing increasingly difficult. How can early stage founders stand out?

We partnered with OpenView on their 2022 Product Benchmarks Report. This year, the report surveyed nearly 500 product leaders and segmented respondents into four product experience categories.

đź“Ł  Product-led companies, especially those with a freemium model, are 2x more likely to grow revenue 100% year over year as compared to sales-led models.

đź“Ł  Nearly â…“ of PLG freemium businesses reach out to every single user–but standout PLG companies only reach out to 14% of signups on average.

đź“Ł  The first go-to-market hire at a PLG business can make a MAJOR impact on conversion rates.
