+ Business types: including hotels, restaurants, clubs, and others with unique needs
+ Total purchases showing who’s spent the most
+ Recent meetings giving insight into warm leads to follow up with right now

4. Then they sent personalized follow up multi-channel promotions to clients.
For example, those who love Chardonnay received follow up offers for Chardonnays they hadn’t tried yet.

Result: 2.5x more sales without acquiring new users.
