Visual Capitalist - We Need Your Help to Build the VC App!

We’re Crowdfunding the VC App.
Support the Future of Data Storytelling.

Introducing the VC App

For over a decade we've stood for a world where data can be understood by everyone

Over that time, we've built an audience of over 85 million annual visitors, and now more than 300k people get our daily email.

But all of that is just scratching the surface of what’s possible.

Today we’re unveiling our team’s most ambitious project yet and we need your help. We're crowdfunding on Kickstarter to build the VC App, to put all of the world's best data storytelling at your fingertips.

Back the VC App

What is the VC App?

The VC App will be the go-to place to discover, share, and discuss data-driven visuals on pretty much any topic.

Not only will it include the thousands of visualizations from us, but more importantly, it will empower data-driven creators from around the world to share stories through data about anything.

Why are we Crowdfunding?

As an independent media company we don’t have the expertise in-house or the budget to build the VC App.

What we do have is you—a large and engaged audience who believes in our work.

>> Support Data Storytelling

What Rewards Can You Get?

We have rewards for all budgets including early access to the App and exclusive invites, as well as being able to reserve your handle.

We're also designing an exclusive and limited edition 'Data > Opinion' hat that will only be available to backers.

Back our Kickstarter now!

We want to enable a global movement of people who absorb information and learn differently. Who believe Data > Opinion.

If you believe in trustworthy, independent, and data-driven visual storytelling, please consider backing our Kickstarter.

We’re committed to making the VC App free, forever and to not selling our user’s personal data for profit. This will only be possible with the help of our community.

Together we’ll move closer to a world where data can be understood by everyone.
