Fast Paginate package for Laravel

Fast Paginate is a new package from Aaron Francis that provides you with a more efficient way of paginating while still using the traditional offset/limit method.

Under the hood, this works by utilizing a "deferred join" on the query. A deferred join is a technique that defers access to requested columns until after the offset and limit have been applied.
