Values, Principles, Standards, Excellence + Commitment

Things We Can Control:

Our words + Our choices
Our routine + Our actions
What we read + What we watch
Forgiving others + Self Care
Evaluating our priorities + How we speak to ourselves

Things We Can't Control:

What others say + What others do
Changing past experiences + Other people's mistakes
External situations + What happens around us
What others think + Having all the answers

When we can't control what's happening, let's challenge ourselves to control the way we respond to what's happening. That's where our power lies.
