In my first go at the newsletter, I mentioned that we’ve been working on a new content format. Well, it’s finally ready 🎉! It’s a series called Social Proof, in which we interview ambitious individuals and highlight how they craft and grow their personal brands.

The first installment features Fadeke Adegbuyi! She’s a Lead Writer at Shopify and the mind behind Cybernaut, a personal favorite newsletter, as part of Every – a bundle of business-focused newsletters. In the interview, Fadeke talks about building a personal brand that’s distinct from your employer and how community has helped grow her online presence.
