Stop trying to change people — just decide whether or not you want to meet them where they’re at.
Resist the urge to obsessively compare your life journey — which you know intimately well, to other people’s highlight reels—which you see in passing.
Be kind to yourself — even if you cannot show up as your best self — even if you don’t get everything done.
I am ready for everything that I will experience today and this week. I will honor my priorities. I will acknowledge my emotions. I will operate with love, integrity, and good intent.
