Happy Wednesday! Five popular extensions for Google Chrome are reportedly malware, according to McAfee’s Threat Research Team (we have not examined them ourselves). If you have any of them installed, you should probably delete them — and maybe evaluate all your other extensions too.

The IFA 2022 electronics trade show is also now in full swing. ASUS just revealed a laptop with a 17-inch folding screen and a MacBook Pro competitor.
