‘The law is very constitutional.’ With those words, a King County Superior Court judge rejected Facebook parent company Meta’s argument that Washington state’s political ad disclosure law runs afoul of the First Amendment, and delivered a victory to Attorney General Bob Ferguson (above) in a long-running dispute with the social media giant. NASA scrubs rocket launch attempt: The uncrewed test mission, known as Artemis 1, is meant to blaze a trail for sending astronauts to the moon. But a hydrogen leak encountered during the process of fueling up the core stage of the Space Launch System rocket scuttled a second launch try this morning.
