A benefit of doing things solo at The Slice is that I can make changes whenever I feel like it. Last week I worked on the design of the landing page. It looked too much like other newsletter landing pages so I changed it a bit. I also changed my partnership products. I now have one premium spot (logo plus first position and placement) and several classifieds at the end of the newsletter. I lowered the prices for the classifeds to cater more towards bootstrappers. Also with lower prices I hope to be able to promote different things like jobs, articles, newsletters etc.

The last thing I did is I added a cross promo page to make it easy for other newsletter to request cross promotion. Curious to learn what you’ve been working on!
