360Learning - 2,961 learners can’t be wrong

One thing we can all agree on—it’s incredibly frustrating to be interrupted when you’re in the middle of productive work. And it’s even worse to have to find extra hours in your week to squeeze in training if your manager won’t let you learn on the job. And what about having to spend a whole day in a totally irrelevant training session?

These frustrations are why employees love learning in the flow of work. But, according to our recent survey of 1,957 learners and 1,004 L&D professionals, not all organizations are in a position to offer the right blend of LITFOW training to their staff.

In our report, which covers the state of learning in the flow of work in the United States, United Kingdom, France, and Germany, we dive into the biggest challenges we face today, and offer real solutions for driving better learning outcomes–like building a deeper understanding of learner needs and matching those needs with practical experiences.

And speaking of driving better learning outcomes, why not check out our latest articles on how to approach knowledge management storytelling, and where to start when it comes to customer education. We’re also here to show you what the new age of management coaching is all about, and show you why you should follow in the footsteps of L&D trailblazers

In this four-part report, we’ve got exclusive data-driven insights on what learners in the United States, United Kingdom, France, and Germany really need to solve problems through impactful learning, and how we can lift our game as L&D leaders.

The New Age of Management Coaching Is Here. And It’s About Developing Leaders, Not Managers

Historically, management coaching has focused on teaching the processes, tools, and techniques managers use to maintain order and keep workers busy. But this authoritarian and hierarchical approach to management training is no longer working—if it ever did. The modern workforce doesn't need babysitters—it needs leaders. Here’s how to conduct management coaching that won’t send your employees running for the hills.

Can you manage?
