The Anti-Skinny Jeans We’re Living In This Fall

Halloween seems to divide people into two camps: those who started working on their costumes back in August, and those who just want to vibe in cat ears and jeans, elaborate displays of creativity be damned. Lately, everything's seemed to follow a similar dichotomy between deliciously over-the-top trends (think all things that end in -core) and relaxed, straightforward staples. This week, I'm taking a break from high-drama and settling into realism with cozy textures and classic silhouettes that are more approving nod than outright applause — the cat ears of clothing, if you will. If nothing else, it'll just make my more free-spirited choices stand out all the more.
