[COMING SOON] Crypto.com is launching its first-ever land NFT collection: “Crypto.com Land - The First Frontier”. The land sale consists of 25,000 land NFTs, divided into five rarities. This collection drops on 13 December for Loaded Lions holders and on 15 December for the public.

[COMING SOON] SandBang’s “Meta Puppy” features 10 breeds of NFT pooches. Dropping on 15 December, the collection consists of ten black-and-white animated pieces and five colour ones. 

[LIVE] Coca-Cola has teamed up with Crypto.com and digital artist GMUNK to release NFTs celebrating the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™. There will be 10,000 unique NFTs created based on heatmaps from tournament matches.

[COMING SOON] DGPals, a multi-genre gaming project on Cronos, has revamped its website and revealed two new upcoming games, DGP Plaza! and DGP Adventure. DGPals now has four games, including DGP New World and DGP Legends.

[COMING SOON] Defira revealed new art teasers, featuring mystical creatures with a role to play in the Defiraverse. It also showcased the new hero character Chimalli, an intimidating yet compassionate Cronos fighter.

Gaming Token Performance

The total market cap for gaming tokens now stands at US$5.92 billion, up +1%from last week.

News Highlights

• Over $30 million worth of tokens were staked in one day, after the Ape Foundation opened staking for its APE currency. Holders are able to stake their APE tokens or Bored Ape/Mutant Ape NFTs to earn rewards.

• Warner Music Group, the third-largest music company in the world, will release music NFTs through an upcoming Polygon-based marketplace, LGND Music. LGND Music is an online marketplace that will offer songs as NFTs, and is set to launch in January 2023.

• Starbucks launched a beta test of the Odyssey loyalty programme, which combines customer loyalty rewards with NFT collecting and other gamified elements. Participants will be able to engage in interactive ‘Journeys’ to earn ‘Journey Stamps’ in the form of Polygon-based NFTs.
