Forward Thinking Media - Seedscout Is Infinite
“You can’t build a long-term future on short-term thinking” - Billy Cox When someone decides to go down the path of a founder, they consciously or subconsciously sign up to play an infinite game. When playing an infinite game, quick tactics and hail mary’s can’t be relied upon, and aren’t as effective as one might think. In the arena, every founder’s duty is to meet as many people as possible, keep the attention of others on their startup, and in order to be great at connecting with others, you need to view it from a long-term point of view. Since inception, Seedscout has intended to connect billions of talented people around the world and to make sure access becomes more meritocratic, as it always should have been. In lesser words, we’re here for a good time and a LONG time. If a founder’s job is to meet people non-stop, what then is the ideal time frame to be on Seedscout? 2 months? 6 months? Longer? Ultimately, it’s up to the founder, and straight up, it should be for as long as we keep delivering. With that said, Seedscout isn’t a platform to be used for one month and then call it quits; it’s a platform that should be used consistently. The chances of finding success and getting results on Seedscout dramatically go up with more time on the platform. In time, Seedscout will go beyond tech and will have the capability to connect people in every industry. Want to get in front of more investors? Seedscout. Want to make a critical hire? Seedscout. Want to find a great legal advisor? Seedscout. Want to break into the music industry? Seedscout! There’s no need to break the bank to use Seedscout either. Our lest expensive plan is $100/mo and our priciest is $500/mo. Our longest-running customer is approaching one year with us, and each month makes the decision of upgrading or downgrading their plan. The mindset going into choosing a plan should alternate from “I can’t afford 3 months of Seedscout at $500'' to “I can’t afford Seedscout at $500 next month, but I can downgrade to $100." We’re flexible, we’re dynamic, plans can easily oscillate, a simple chat with the Seedscout team can allow us to help make the best decision based on a company's position. We’ve noticed a trend too. Most times founders who sign-up for the lowest priced plan, get the most out of the platform. While founders who go straight for the whole enchilada, receive a lackluster experience. That is a lesson in itself, and gives a founder feedback that can be difficult to take. But this is a post for another time. All of this to say, we’ll be here when founders need us. Make moves, get shit done, meet the people you want to work with on Seedscout. |
