What’s the fastest way to get to $100k a month?

Sell services. That's what we see over and over again in our case studies.

If you start an agency, you can:

• Put your knowledge and experience to work. Take advantage of your knowledge and network to start making more than a monthly wage.

• Scale (up or down). Many people say agencies don’t scale, but they do. You’ll never achieve the margins of a software company, but that doesn’t mean you can’t grow to millions per month.

• Be flexible. To pick the type of customer you want to work with, the services you want to offer, the hours you want to work per week,... well, you get to pick everything.

We’ve talked to hundreds of million-dollar agency owners to find out what it takes to reach 6 figures per month.

👉 Naming agency ($100K/month) 

Yup, you read that right.

Naming is a super niche market, but also super profitable.

I love how he got some of the early clients: Paying money to competitors.

Reached out to bigger agencies and offered a 10% commission if they sent his way projects that were too small for them.

Brilliant strategy.

👉 Lead generation agency ($700K/month) 

This founder is an absolute titan, and you should read how he got there.

One key takeaway is the strategy he leveraged to go from $250K to $700K per month. He calls it “playing Monopoly with Google”.

Essentially, they started acquiring websites that rank high on keywords that are important to the company.

He now owns 4 of the top 10 Google results for his main keyword.

👉 PPC agency ($390K/month) 

Typical first-time entrepreneur mistake: Offering all kinds of services.  

In this case, website building & design, social media marketing, PPC, SEO, email marketing, CRO, you name it. 

By being consistently overwhelmed, Roger learned how important choosing a niche and “staying in your lane” is.

Search marketing was what he was best at, it was his bread & butter. So over time, everything else was cut out, focused on PPC, and business exploded.

Sharon started a recruitment agency that specializes in finding remote employees from all over the world. 

They reached almost $300K per month thanks to:

1. Being one of the 5 best content websites about everything remote. They invest in producing a podcast, online articles, short advice from the founder, and more.

2. Building a great sales team and attending 50+ events per year. 

 👉 SEO agency ($350K/month) 

Rick eats his own dog food and has optimized the company’s growth through SEO. 

By utilizing the same techniques that they market, they can bring in new leads and customers and use their own company as an example of how effective SEO is.  

That’s what I call a win-win.
