This small Ukrainian startup reached 1 billion visitors

It’s been around for 16 years (that’s like 100 years IRL). You may’ve heard of it, it’s called Jooble.

The founders wanted to make a fun wordplay with job + google.

And just like Google did with the ad business, they came up with a disruptive business model for the job boards space and instead of charging a fixed fee, they were the first to charge for visitors/applicants.

2. The coffee  ☕️

Metaverse as a service already doing $800K/year? 

If you think about it, totally makes sense.

This business merges two of the hottest trends of the moment: remote teams & metaverse.

Remote teams need solutions to meet, engage and make team members they’re part of something. And the metaverse seems like an ideal solution to that.

Companies such as Google, Zapier, UC Berkeley, and FC Juventus are already among their clients.

 3. The eggs 🍳

This no-code marketplace builder generates $200K/month 

They developed a growth strategy that (1) attracts new customers and (2) sets users for success.

Producing A+ content.

By providing founders with the technology and the knowledge, they’re essentially providing a turnkey solution to anyone who wants to start a marketplace. A very hard-to-match selling value proposition.

4. The toast 🥪

How this starter built a portfolio of niche sites that generate $250K/year 

This story shows how even in a super saturated niche such as the food blogging space, it’s still possible to build money-making sites. 

Since all his sites are in the food space, he can repurpose much of the content. 

Also, I love how this founder has explored different income sources. The business model is perfect for it:

• Blogs make money with affiliates and ads.
• Started a Patreon to share exclusive content.
• Monetizes Instagram with gated content only available to subscribers.

5. The pancakes 🥞

How showing up at work with the wrong clothes led to starting a $5M/year business 

This founder showed up at the office in a casual outfit the wrong day and got in trouble with the manager. 

That (apparently) insignificant incident was the spark that made him leave his corporate job. 

When an opportunity presented to start a road assistance business with his brother, he took it and never looked back.
