Tesla recalls 360,000 self-driving cars over accident risk

• Tesla is voluntarily recalling more than 360,000 of its vehicles amid federal concerns about the safety of its “Full Self Driving” (FSD) technology. [New York Times / Neal E. Boudette ]
• A National Highway Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA) safety recall report said the software could result in vehicles “traveling straight through an intersection while in a turn-only lane, entering a stop sign-controlled intersection without coming to a complete stop,” and making other violations.
