Plus, every purchase supports The Storyletter! You make this all possible. Thank you! ~ WM Dear Reader, I debated with myself for weeks on whether to post this or not. It’s simple and silly, but I think it’s worth embracing silly sometimes. It came about one morning while I was putting on my shoes and realized that I always check to see if there are spiders (there’s precedence for this!). I said to myself, “I wish I knew if there was a spider in my shoe.” After that, I couldn’t get the rhyme out of my head. I hope you enjoy! ~ WM If you only knew what lived in your shoe, Fangs so sharp, venom potent, Oh, do not try to shake her out, So beware, my friend, when you slip your foot in, For in the darkness, she rules supreme, If You Only Knew What Lived in Your Shoe is a work of fiction. Names, places, characters, and incidents are the product of the author’s imagination or are used fictitiously. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, events, or locales is entirely coincidental.2023 Storyletter XPress Publishing LLC Digital Substack Edition. All rights reserved.Cover design by Winston Malone courtesy of Midjourney and Canva Pro.storyletter.pressThank you for being a free subscriber to The Storyletter.
