Many people, especially women, are tired of working for brands they don’t resonate with. They are looking to be part of passionate brands that share their values. 

But it’s not easy to find one that embodies their personal core values. 

So instead, they start their own businesses.

Just like Melisa and Ann did. 

Ann immigrated to the U.S. as a young girl with her mother and sister with not much in terms of money or connections. 

In her late 20s she found herself doing back-breaking work as an artist painting all by herself more than 8 hours a day…and one day she decided to do something different.

When she saw a gap in the beauty market for magnetic lashes, she created a product and taught herself everything she needed to know about ecommerce.

The rest, as they say, was history.

In just a year, the business hit 7 figures in revenue.

In its second year, the business hit $50M in revenue and placed her on the Forbes 30-under-30 list. 

Then there’s Melisa!

She too has an amazing story.

Melisa wanted to take a mini-vacation while she was working for a big brand and they didn’t allow her to take it. 

And it made her think…and do something different.

A few short months later, she was making $30K/month on Amazon, living life on her own terms. She went on to make more than $20M in sales.

Today, she’s passionate about really just showing people how to earn their first hundred bucks online. 

Or their first 50 bucks online.

That’s their gas bill. 

Do that a couple times and it’s their car payment or mortgage. 

That’s what this call is all about.

So, really, you can use the information to change your life even in a small way. 

I think that’s a really powerful thing to do on this International Women’s Day.
