4 Day Week - 47 Jobs with a 4 Day Week

2. Prioritise projects (20% of work results in 80% of output)
3. Upgrade your (project management) software
4. Automate automate automate
5. Reduce the length of meetings
6. Reduce the frequency of meetings
7. Reduce the number of people on meetings
8. Implement a no-meeting day

Notice that the last 4 suggestions concern meetings? That's because meetings can be a HUGE drain on productivity.

In one of my last jobs I can remember sitting on a 1.5hr Zoom call with 10 other people and thinking... is this really the best use of our time?
