My Take: I love what Chenell did here with her newsletter ad strategy:

1. She casually announced she was potentially running newsletter ads by surveying her audience about how they'd feel about it
2. She followed Josh Spector's strategy of pricing the ads below market value in order to sell them out and create scarcity
3. She wrote her own copy to improve click rates and increase ad value
