Happy Friday from your friends at The Ringer! Here are some things you might have missed on our site this week.

Like sands through the hourglass, so go our March Madness brackets through our lives. UConn, along with their dog, Jonathan, secured the men's trophy, while LSU captured the women's title. But who were the real winners and losers of the final two games of the NCAA tournament?

Fun Fact: UConn has now won five championships in the past 25 years; nobody else has won more than three.

Ali Wong and Steven Yeun star in Beef, a new A24-produced series streaming on Netflix. The dark comedy centers on an escalating rivalry between two characters that is sparked by a road rage incident. 

Fun Fact: The premise of the series was actually inspired by a real-life encounter that creator and showrunner Lee Sung Jin had with a white SUV in 2019.

Ben Affleck’s biographical sports drama, Air, releases this week. The film stars Matt Damon as Sonny Vaccaro, the Nike executive responsible for partnering with the one and only Michael Jordan on a basketball shoe line. But should you lace up your Air Jordans and head to the theaters to watch it?

Fun Fact: Air is the first movie release from Affleck and Damon’s production company, Artists Equity.
