We all have a “superpower” when it comes to starting or growing a business. The question is how will you leverage yours? It’s also important to recognize your “Kryptonite” AKA your business weaknesses and find the right partners to be your superhero sidekick. That’s exactly what Ann McFerran did, who is now the founder of Glamnetic. She recently shared her superhero origin story with Codie in this YouTube video. In 2019 she generated $60,000 in revenue and last year she scaled the beauty business to $50,000,000 in revenue. It all started with the belief that she had a superpower!
