🌍 2. Global warming: As climate change gets worse, we'll naturally look for solutions. And a shorter work week is one of them. A shorter week = lower consumption e.g. in a recent 4DW pilot, employees traveled 26% less

💪 3. A shorter week increases productivity: Various studies have shown a 4 day week increases productivity. Output doesn't drop. When people have less time, they become more efficient (Parkinson's law).

🏥 4. Burnout recently hit an all time high: In May 2021, workplace burnout hit an all time high (42%), partly due to an "always on" remote culture. A solution? A shorter work week.

💭 5. Opinions have changed: If COVID brought us any good in the world, it was a workplace revolution. People are questioning what "work" looks like in 2023

🤖 6. AI, AI, AI: AI is going to disrupt the entire workforce. Productivity is going to skyrocket, and with it we should be able to (in theory) work less hours.

✨ 7. It's the new remote work: Five years ago, remote work was the ULTIMATE benefit to attract talent - but now that differentiator is gone. So, what's next? A 4 day work week.
