Seattle film fans, civic leaders react to rebirth of Cinerama

Seattle’s historic Cinerama theater is coming back. SIFF, the city’s nonprofit film organization, acquired it from the estate of Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen and plans to reopen the movie house this year. Closed for more than three years, the Cinerama is a rare and state-of-the-art theater that Allen poured millions of dollars into. Read more.
