Creative Wellness Letters - 🎂 it's a big day + 📣 announcements

Hi Reader, 

Happy birthday to me! 🎂 I’m entering a new decade today, and I am commemorating the occasion with a very special podcast episode!

I had my dear friend Lynn O’Brien interview me, for a change, to illuminate what’s been happening and what’s to come. This is also the last episode of Being A Whole Person (at least in this form, I hope to return to podcasting once I decide what that should look like).

We had a lovely, deep conversation, and chatted about all kinds of stuff, including:

• What’s been going on lately in my work, and how the different elements balance
• A new focus in my creative coaching work, what that will look like, and why
• What I’m calling in as I enter my 40s

…and these 2 big announcements…

1) I’m making a new album soon!

It’s going to be a collection of solo piano music that I wrote in my 30s - more details to come.

I’ll share some of my process here, but be sure to sign up for my music email list here to get specific updates about the Kickstarter and album.

2) I’m pivoting my creative coaching a bit

I'm going to be focusing on working with musicians, and leaning more into using intuitive tools to help clients connect with their creativity.

So what does that mean for you?

If you’ve been wanting to work with me, and you’re thinking "Oh no, I'm not a musician and I really want to work with you," definitely still reach out - the door isn’t closed to you.

The kinds of things I write about here will be shifting a bit over the next few months, and I’ll be speaking a bit more from a musician’s lens, and writing a bit more about the spiritual side of creativity, but the topics will remain similar. So, if you’re not a musician, you’re still so very welcome here, and you’ll still get a lot out of these letters, you might just have to substitute in your creative identity word (artist, actor, maker, whatever it may be!)

If these letters no longer resonate with you, I won’t be offended if you unsubscribe, and I’m wishing you all the best!

Since I value honesty and transparency, I wanted to explain what’s going on, and check out the podcast episode (or transcript) to hear more about what’s behind these changes.

My hope is that this will help create more depth and presence in the way that I work with clients, and I look forward to sharing more as I update my website over the next few months.
