Ingredients

• 4 oz lilac-infused water
• 1 oz fresh squeeze lemon juice
• 1 oz lilac simple syrup
• 2 oz gin

Steps

1. To make the lilac-infused water: Stuff as many lilac blossoms, thicker stems removed, as you can into a 32 oz jar and cover with cool water. Allow it to infused in the refrigerator 5 hours, ideally up to 3 days. Strain the water through cheesecloth to catch any debris and store in the fridge for 1 week.
2. To make the lemonade: mix together lilac-infused water, lemon juice, and lilac simple syrup in a jar and shake to combine.
3. To make the cocktail: start by pouring the gin into a glass filled with ice. then slowly pour over the lilac lemonade and watch the magic happen.
