Jeremy Anderson is operating at Big Marine Thunder, which is a marina and boating company. His team started the business in 2016 and have grown from $7 million to almost $70 million last year. The bulk of their revenue is from boat sales, full-service marinas, and boat parts.

Creative Financing: Jing is looking for help on how to structure a $1.3M deal that can't qualify for SBA lending. In 2022 the business did $2.3M in revenue and $267k in net operating income, however on the seller's tax returns it shows a loss of $80k because of all the write-offs. As a result, no SBA lender will want to finance this business. Do you have any creative financing ideas you can help with here?
