Ever since Substack removed Tweet embedding and we switched to including clickable Tweet screenshots, our open rates have gone down. We’re talking about a decrease of 10% :/

So we’re running an experiment where we are switching to a text-heavy design. You will still get all the good ideas (But fewer images) and hopefully, we will get better open rates.

Do let me know how you like the redesign and if you have any ideas to improve the experience.
