My mind is in vacation mode thanks to July 4th and some upcoming weekend getaways. While I am ready to decompress and set that palm tree emoji on Slack, my wardrobe, on the other hand, doesn’t feel quite prepared for all my OOO activities. I’m missing a few key pieces like a cool pair of sandals, an easy white summer dress, and some fun tops for going out in (although according to Gen Z, that’s now become “fun pants” to go out in?). Thus, I’m using the next few days off to browse through influencer IG feeds like that of Coco Bassey and turning to celebs like Jennifer Lawrence for both styling and shopping inspo. Some pieces I’m planning to add to cart are these gorgeous Khaite sandals and Frankie Shop trousers, which aren't exactly as fun as they are practical but hey, I'm a millennial after all.
