  • Behind the scenes with FOX Sports: The network is using drones (above) during the game tonight in a first-of-its-kind production feat for professional baseball. A helicopter, camera on a wire, and ump cam will also provide unique angles from T-Mobile Park.

  • Testing T-Mobile’s MLB app: The new “MLB Next” mobile app boosts the in-stadium experience with augmented reality, assorted field views, and live broadcast audio. During the Home Run Derby, the app tracked hundreds of dingers.

Now that a federal judge in San Francisco has sided with Microsoft in its bid to acquire video-game giant Activision-Blizzard for nearly $69 billion, the focus turns overseas. Microsoft signaled a new willingness to address the concerns of the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority to complete the landmark deal. The CMA’s main focus: cloud gaming. Read more.
