But with the rush of new generative AI technologies, the online real estate giant sees plenty of opportunity to boost its business. Speaking of generative AI: Wizards of the Coast this weekend said it would change its guidelines after fans spotted telltale signs of AI art in an upcoming sourcebook for “Dungeons & Dragons.”

  • "We are revising our process and updating our artist guidelines to make clear that artists must refrain from using AI art generation as part of their art creation process for developing D&D art,” Wizards said in a statement.
  • It’s the latest example of the blurred lines between art and artificial intelligence. Generative AI tools are sparking all kinds of questions about creativity and originality, as well as ethical and legal concerns.
