4 Day Week - 39 Jobs with a 4 Day Week 🚀

In 2021, Henley Business School studied the 4 day work week. Here's their findings:

• 64% of staff said they got more work done
• 67% of Gen Z said it was their most desirable benefit
• 77% of staff were happier
• 74% of staff travelled less by car
• 68% of businesses said it helped them attract talent
• 62% of people were off sick less
• 2.2% turnover was saved by offering a 4DWW
