Travel Skincare

I’m ~2 weeks out from my best friends’ wedding weekend and now that I’ve completed all of my assigned tasks, it’s time to get myself together — starting with skincare. While I have a few essentials, I usually pack whatever travel-size items I happen to have on hand. Unfortunately, my skin has been unpredictable this summer and I don’t want any surprises so I’ve spent the past few weeks figuring out out exactly what works. Now that I’ve got it down, I can focus on celebrating and supporting my friends. Here’s what I’m packing:

• The TSA-friendly all-in-one cleansing stick that eliminates my need for an oil or balm cleanser on the go.
• The soothing toner pads that help prevent acne and irritation.
• A 4-step kit that includes mini-versions of my favorite snail mucin-infused serum and moisturizer. I’ll probably pass the cleanser to whoever in the wedding party forgets their own but I’m excited to see what the eye cream is all about.
• The rosehip oil that outperforms the Goop-approved luxury option I was obsessed with for a fraction (literally 1/10th) of the price.
• The overnight mask that locks everything in and adds an extra layer of hydration.
