As a fashion editor, I get exposed to a lot of different trends: the ‘Gloomy Girl’ aesthetic, mermaidcore, and cottagecore to name a few. However, I don't always adopt said trends into my personal wardrobe because, at the end of the day, I prefer to stick with the classics with perhaps a cool or unique detail to them — think a button-down shirt with an asymmetrical cut or a silk dress in a unique print (I love the ones from Rodarte). One of my go-to dresses — and a piece I actually am looking to buy this fall — is an LBD.
