This week, we’re looking at my top three things to do in the fall.
When I thought about a topic for this week, I should have remembered that summer is always eager to hang on in the DMV. This week, we had a heat wave where the heat index reached over 100. It’s difficult to get in the fall mood when the weather refuses to agree. But, metrological fall is here and, basic as it may be, fall is my favorite season. Growing up in Upstate New York, I had the pleasure of seeing all the trees turn into a riot of colors. One of my favorite memories of my home town is marveling at the brilliant foliage while enjoying a beer at the Brewery Ommegang. DC isn’t quite as scenic as that this season, but there are still regular fall activities I enjoy.
