After all, we used to work 7 days, then 6 days and now 5 days...

I'm a strong believer that most companies could switch to a 4 day week today.

When we have less time available, we naturally work more efficiently (Parkinson's Law).

And one project management tool I'm excited to see in this space is Height 2.0.
