What I’m listening to and watching

Fight I’m studying
Rodtang vs. Superlek. Billed as “the biggest Thai boxing fight of all time,” this short fight showcases many weapons of Muay Thai, including the sharpest: elbows. The art of eight limbs is the fullest of full-contact, especially with MMA gloves. I think the outcome was a robbery, but there’s no denying the action.
Podcast I’m watching
“Mark Zuckerberg: First Interview in the Metaverse” on The Lex Fridman Podcast. Even if you only watch the first five minutes, this is well worth the time. These next-gen, photo-realistic avatars and their motion tracking are truly jaw-dropping. The tech, and lag, are improving in leaps and bounds, and the future is going to get very weird very quickly.
What I’m using daily
The Five Minute Journal (Intelligent Change, Amazon). I use two types of journaling and alternate between them: Morning Pages and The Five Minute Journal. The former I use primarily for getting unstuck or problem-solving (what should I do?); the latter I use for prioritizing and gratitude (how should I focus and execute?). The only thing I dislike about The Five Minute Journal? Their lack of hyphenation.
