We are opening our MicroConf Mastermind Matching application to help you with accountability, challenge your assumptions, and solve the biggest obstacles you're facing.

With over 600 successful matches under our belt, we have brought together founders from all walks of life, from over 50 countries across 20 time zones with a collective $150M+ in ARR.

Many successful founders we know have come to lean on their masterminds to sanity check decisions, help with accountability, and keep them motivated on this long journey of building and growing your startup. 

How does it work? 

1. Complete our Mastermind Program Application. It takes about 10 minutes to complete.

2. Application Review, Analysis, and Matching. Over the next few weeks, we will review every application and identify potential matches between groups of founders.  Matches will be made by assessing the following data points: 
 

• Location 

• Time zone 

• Language 

• Experience Level

• Goals 

• Skill Set

• Industry served 

• Entrepreneurial Experience (First Time Founder | Serial Entrepreneur, etc...)

3. Match Announcements. We'll introduce you to your mastermind within 2 weeks of applications closing. 

4. Getting Started. Within the first two weeks of your match announcement, you and the members of your group will: 

- Schedule your first meeting
- Schedule at least 3 months worth of meetings 
- Agree to a mastermind attendance policy 
- Sign a FrienDA Agreement with one another to ensure that your group can be fully open with one another. 

7. Monthly Mentor Sessions. You’ll be invited to attend three 1-hour mentor sessions in the first three months of your mastermind:

While we strongly encourage one to tune into these sessions live, they will be recorded.  

So, how much does it cost? 

We price our Mastermind Program based on your self-reported annual revenue.  

$100k - 500k ARR = $1000 USD

Our aim is for buy-in. If you apply, you should be committed to this process.  

Note: In the event you aren’t satisfied with your mastermind, you can email us, and we’ll rematch you with a new mastermind. We honor any mastermind rematch requests for up to 1 year. So, if you submit your mastermind application in November 2023, you can be rematched through November 2024. 

If you quit, are unresponsive, or are otherwise not committed to joining a mastermind, we will keep your money and buy the other members of your group coffee, on you. 

As a result, we will not offer refunds unless we are unable to match you into a group (and we will offer to retry next application period if we cannot).

Q: Is a mastermind right for me? 
Almost any entrepreneur can benefit from joining a mastermind if they have the right mindset. If you are looking to grow your business or extra accountability, we'd encourage you to apply.  

Q: Do you match non-US-based entrepreneurs? 
Absolutely! To date, we've matched entrepreneurs on every continent except Antarctica and across 20 different time zones. 

Q: What happens if you can’t find a suitable mastermind for me? 
In the unlikely chance, we can’t find a suitable mastermind for you, you can either choose to be added back into the next matching pool or get a full refund.  

Q: I don’t like my mastermind group. Will you rematch me for free? 
Yes! We’ll rematch you with a new mastermind as soon as a suitable fit becomes available. The average waiting time to be rematched is ~4-8 weeks. 

Q: I got matched with a direct competitor. Will you rematch me? 
We go through extensive lengths to make sure we don't pair up direct competitors. However, if something fell through the cracks, just send us an email at support@microconf.com. We'll re-match you as soon as we find a good fit for you.
