A money-saving tip from our senior kitchen editor Marguerite Preston: Brew each batch of coffee grounds twice. Double-brewing wouldn’t work for hot coffee, but when making iced, it produces a decent second batch that tastes great with milk—and stretches a single bag of coffee a lot further.
