Forward Thinking Media - The Business Serves The Vision
A lot of investors/founders are talking about the benefits of being profitable and why in the current environment, that may be the best move. With that said, I feel like a ton of folks are overcorrecting from the last bull market. The point of raising venture capital is not just to build a business, but to pursue a vision. To solve a massive problem. To impact the world. And of course, the business fundamentals need to make sense, but those should serve the vision, not the other way around.
