Good morning. Today we’re listening to Henrik Lindstrand, a Swedish pianist and composer based in Copenhagen. We originally recommended his music five years ago. He first played the keys on his family piano at age three, in the ‘90s joined the band Kashmir, and in the 2010s started scoring films. Around 2017 he sat back down at his childhood piano and began recording his solo material. We’re playing two of those solo records, whose cinematicity reflects his background in film.
