The results of one of the LARGEST EVER 4 day work week pilots (80% time, 100% pay) were released this week. The pilot ran for 6 months across 41 companies (1000 employees) in Portugal 🇵🇹

Here's the findings from the companies:

• Company revenue: increased or stayed the same @ 80% of companies
• Absenteeism: significant decrease
• Employee Retention: improved
• Recruitment: improved

And here's the survey results from the employees:

• Time spent with family, friends or hobbies: significantly increased
• Want to continue with 4 days: 93%
• Work-life balance: +63%
• Physical health: +35%
• Mental health: +100%
• Sleep: +11 mins / day
