Whether you’re new to AI or a seasoned pro, these answers will see how it can help ‘write the next chapter’ of your life.

Q: What is The AI Consultancy Project?

The AI Consultancy Project is IWAI’s new comprehensive 6-month program. To help you build a 1-person AI Consultancy, capable of making $250K in annual profit.

Live training, coaching, implementation tools, and 1-on-1 support will be available from me, and also my team of expert developers (depending on the level of support you select).

Q: Who are you?

You may know me as the founder of Innovating with AI, a training and education company I created to provide relevant, credible, timely, and “non-hype” help to fellow executives and entrepreneurs who want to harness the power of AI.

What you might not know:

I went from $50K/year as a solo freelancer to a $2M/year service business. My approach? Designing businesses that create more freedom, not less.

This philosophy and practice allows me—and anyone who works at my two companies—to enjoy more of what matters in life, whether that’s volunteering at school in the middle of the day, walking dogs whenever, taking guilt-free vacations, or working on meaningful projects.

As a direct result of my mentorship, multiple consultants have already created their own 6-figure freedom businesses. For some, freedom meant walking kids to school every morning. While for others, it’s meant traveling the world for 4+ years, exploring new countries to work remotely from.

Now, with the AI Consultancy project, I’m inspired to help many more, but specifically with an AI-focus.

Just as it is with our AI Incubator program, there are 3 choices you’ll need to make:

Choice 1: Commitment

Results come from consistent action toward a goal. Action requires motivation. Consistency requires follow-through. Act and follow-through – necessary for success in business and life.

Q: How is this different from other things I’ve tried?

Other things like: buying 56 different courses, 37 podcasts, 99 “must attend” webinars that turn out to be sales pitches.

There’s an entire sea of “overnight AI expert advice” to drown in, with quite a few promising you the moon, stars, and a box of puppies.

Here at Innovating with AI, we do things a lotta bit different.

Case in point:

I share what I’ve actually done myself. I’ll also share what I’ve trained, coached, consulted, and mentored others to do.

It’s not theoretical.

I’ll show you exactly what’s worked, and then, go one step further - I’ll show you how to make it your own, because your situation is unique.

Personally I don’t like a bunch of sales pitches, and that’s why this program is invitation-only. Heck, you’ve been reading a lot and haven’t even seen a hyperlink to enroll yet. That’s because my goal is for you to create something that endures - I know I don’t need to say this but I’ll say it anyway. This isn’t some “get rich quick” thing. It’s about building an actual business that serves not just your clients, but you.​

Q: Who is this for?

This is for those who want to:

(1) Build a 1-person AI consultancy
(2) Add AI consulting as a new line of business to an existing practice or business entity.

The model can work whether your primary source of income right now comes from:

• A full-time role as an employee in someone’s organization
• Solo “indie” consulting/freelancing
• Leader of a team or business you created

This will show you how to start or restart in an ultra lean (read: more profitable, more time, more energy) way. Then, establish marketing and sales. Then, establish systems for repeatability and give direction on how to go beyond that.

Finally, for very advanced cases - where you’ve got special considerations like HIPAA compliance, or very privacy sensitive information - there are levels of support that allow for 1-on-1 time with myself and my team, to not just advise, but to also just get some stuff done (like actual coding).
