How to look good while sweating a lot

If you, too, have been binging the new Netflix docuseries on the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders, then you’re well aware of how grueling their routines are. (No matter how effortless they may make it look in their iconic cobalt-and-white uniforms, fully made-up faces, and loose locks.)

But beyond being elite athletes, they are also extremely savvy at sweat management: masters at staying camera-ready while cheering for hours in the Texas heat—a feat arguably as challenging as performing “Thunderstruck.”

A few of them dished to our experts on their favorite products for keeping (and looking) cool, including hair care, setting powders, and no-budge makeup bases.

One last (sweaty) thing: Brush your hair

We’ll leave you with this tip from the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders: Keeping your hair brushed can prevent it from looking too sweaty. We’re big fans of this (on-sale!) viral detangling hairbrush, which, in our tests, actually lived up to the hype. Its lightweight design works through tangles gently with minimal scalp-tugging.

We found it on sale here→
