How Often Do You Check for App Updates on Your Phone?

I might be in the minority here, but I have automatic app updates disabled on my phone. Instead, I opt to manually check for updates every week or so. This lets me control what apps do or don't get updated, and I know when something could change. There's nothing worse than opening an app and finding it's completely different than you remember.
