She’s here. Fall, in all of her earth-toned, apple-spiced glory is finally upon us, ushering in my all-time favorite time of year. While the weather here in Los Angeles is slow to catch on, I’m hitting the ground running nevertheless, stocking up on all the cashmere sweaters, buttery leather jackets, berry-colored lipsticks, and cozy headwear. An easy, and slightly unexpected, item to check off my list right away? Dressy socks. Yes, the Gen-Z obsession for calf-hitting hosiery has officially hooked me, and I’m taking it to the next level in the months to come.
